Ingredients

  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
  2. 2 Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes
  3. 3 Stir in honey, soy sauce and vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1 Roast jalapeño until blistered, remove seeds
  2. 2 Add Franks, butter, jalapeño and cilantro to a blender
